Icaropolis
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
The game started as a semester project of Team-like Team for Game Dev 1 at Charles University. It has won the best game award and the public vote.
We would love to hear your feedback so that we can take the game further.
Trying to escape a plague called The Growth, the city flies higher and higher. But by doing so, it starts to burn in the Sun.
Icaropolis is a card-based, turn-based city builder game, where unlike more traditional city builders, the player does not have absolute control.
Take up the role of the city mayor, whose power is enabled by members of the ruling council. Your deck evolves based on your political standing, not just your strategy, making every decision difficult. Keep everyone happy and increase production, but don’t push too hard or you’ll get burned.

Hi there people,
I couldn't play the game during Game Access 2025 (too much people at your booth) so finally I could play it now.
It is very nice, interesting and also very hard game. Inspite of difficulty I really enjoyed playing it.
Good job! Keep on keeping up.
Jan
Thank you very much! We are glad you enjoyed the game.
I also enjoyed a little chat with absinth.queen, however there was not much time and space to continue.
